Parents of children with autism are invited to attend meeting and sharing times at our ABA clinic in Grand Prairie. The sessions will be from 4pm to 5pm on the second and fourth Mondays. This means January 13th and January 27th. Sometimes the chance to talk with other parents who have the same challenges of raising a child with autism is helpful. We encourage the families of children attending Lonestar Autism Solutions and others who want to come to attend. People can attend when they can, and the group will decide the topic of interest to them at a session. Clinicians can be available, but will not present programs unless requested to do so.
I hope you will take advantage of this to meet and speak with other parents.
In January, a few spots are opening up in our ABA clinic. We have a couple of children graduating into full time school services, and we have a family moving out of the area. Please contact us at 817-265-2344 about services.
I would like to talk to families who need ABA services but need extended hours in order to be able to attend. Perhaps the family work times requires earlier drop off or later pick up times. Let me know and we will see if we can help this to happen.
