About us

Lonestar Autism Solutions (LAS) provides services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth region of Texas. Lonestar Autism Solutions offers a variety of services to the community from our Grand Prairie clinic/office. These services include:

  • Autism services utilizing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA) for children ages 2-10, plus by request private behavioral consultations, school consultations, parent training in group or individual sessions, and assistance at ARD (Admission, Review and Dismissal) school planning conferences. Our BCBA’s and staff work closely with the children’s families to give support and training, so that ABA programs carried out by staff can be also carried out by families in the home and community. Children often are involved in ABA for several hours a week, using insurance coverage. We see children making progress in many areas, including self-care, communication and socialization.
  • Our Supervising BCBA is Jessica Smith, MA, BCBA. Jessica has been with LAS 2.5 years. Her experience includes clinic and home-based ABA. Her Master’s degree is in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has worked in this field for 9 years. She sets the tone of our center, emphasizing our core values of Integrity, Purpose, Collaboration and Positivity.
  • Another BCBA is Farheen Siddiqui, MA, BCBA. Farheen has been with LAS for 1.5 years. Her Master’s degree is in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in this field for 14 years.
  • BCBA’s manage their clients’ programs, instruct and supervise the behavioral technicians carrying out programming, and meet with and train parents.
  • Behavioral Technicians all complete a Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • Lonestar Autism Solutions Director is Kathleen Lively, LCSW-AP. She has been the director of the agency in Texas since 2000. Her Master’s degree is in Social Work Administration. She has worked in the field for over 40 years. She manages the administrative duties and helps new families take the steps to setup ABA services.
  • We are proud of our Grand Prairie clinic building, which was built out to our specifications as an ABA site. It includes space for 1:1 ABA, small groups, indoor and outdoor play (where training in skills of interaction continues), and options of speech and music therapy.
  • We have among staff those who can speak Spanish, Arabic, and Urdu.
  • Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts are available to do presentations to groups wanting to learn more about autism and its impacts, and on managing problem behaviors in general.
